Frequently Asked QUESTIONS

  • How do I get started?
    Sign in or sign up! Use your school password to sign in or create a new account. If you’re a new user, add personal information and children to your account and assign each child to the appropriate classroom.
  • How does ordering work?
    One you sign in, you simply select the month for which you’d like to order. (New menus typically are posted monthly.) Click on the day for which you’d like to order. Hover over each menu item to read a description. Click on a menu item to select it. Save and go to the next day, save and go to your cart, or save and go to the calendar to select a menu for another day. All of your meal orders will be listed in your cart. Review your orders and click “Confirm” to move on to checkout. Be sure you complete the process so that your child’s name is on the lunch list. You will receive an email notification confirming your purchase.
  • Are there vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?"
    Yes! Every day you can choose a vegetarian option, and often you have dairy- and gluten-free options, too. (V=vegetarian, DF=dairy-free, GF=gluten-free)
  • Can I order a menu item for tomorrow?
    Yes! Just place your order by 12 p.m. today.
  • What if I can't remember my password?
    Go to the Boonli sign-in window and click “Forgot Username/Password” to reset your password.
  • Is my payment information on Boonli secure?
    Yes! Boonli is a well-established and secure software system, designed specifically for school lunch programs, that you can trust to keep your payment information safe.
  • I accidentally ordered a lunch.... what can I do?
    Cancel it yourself! As long as it is before noon the day before, log into your account and select the day you accidentally ordered. Click “Edit Order” and then you click the “X” next to the ordered menu item. Click “Save and go to Cart” and then “Confirm” on the next page. Your order has been canceled!
  • What if I need to cancel a meal after noon the day before or the morning due to a sick child?
    Give us a call! We are happy to help. If your child is sick, please make sure to call us by 7 AM to cancel a lunch due to sickness.
  • I get free lunch but my child's name was not on the list?
    Even if your part of the F/R lunch program, you still need to place orders and process them through our Boonli site. If items are left in the cart and not “Confirmed” then your child’s name will not be on the lunch list.
  • what is my school's password?
